The collection of “autor manuscripts” is made up of 47 works, with a notable presence of organ repertoire copied bay Josep Lamarca, the sanctuary's organist between 1766 and 1813. The repertoire comes from both organists closet o the área, as would be the case of Josep Castelló (organist of Sant Esteve d'Olot), Salvi Arnavat (Girona Cathedral) y Ignasi Subies (Vic Cathedral), as well as those who ran the main Catalan temples in the mid-18th century, as was the case of Francesc Mariner (Barcelona Cathedral), Josep Elíes and Francesc Vilar (Sant Pere de les Puel·les and Sants Just i Pastor), Joan Vila (Santa Maria del Pi), and Antoni Mestres (Palau Reial). Noteworthy are the copies that Lamarca made of various Sonatas by Domenico Alberti (ca. 1710-1747) and Domenico Scarlatti (1685-1757). The collection's repertoire also contains vocal music by Josep Carcoler, Joan Crisòstom Ripollès, Josep Picanyol and Pasqual Fuentes. |
